ROLE: Operations Administrator & Senior Bookkeeper (Multi-Entity)
SCHEDULE: Part-Time | 24 Hours/Week (3 days, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or flexible core hours)
COMPENSATION: $30.00 / hour (Direct W-2, Hourly Non-Exempt)
We are seeking a sharp, autonomous operational and financial assistant to manage compliance,
invoicing, corporate records, and general ledger reconciliation across multiple business entities.
This is a dedicated 3-day-per-week role designed for a high-caliber professional who thrives
in an efficient, self-directed environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Multi-Entity Bookkeeping: Weekly bank/credit card categorization and reconciliations in QuickBooks.
• Billing & AR: Timely invoice generation and structured collection follow-ups.
• Corporate Governance: Maintain the master registry of entity filings, franchise taxes, and compliance deadlines.
• Operational SOPs: Document, organize, and refine company systems and employee onboarding checklists.
• Digital Filing: Maintain strict, audit-ready cloud records (Google Workspace/OneDrive). QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks Online / multi-entity experience preferred).
• Thorough understanding of double-entry accounting, balance sheets, and intercompany tracking.
• Outstanding organizational discipline and strict discretion regarding financial and owner assets.
