Systems Administrator

Salary: $89,494.4 - 134,243.2 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in computer information systems, computer science, or a closely related discipline, or an equivalent mix of education and professional experience relevant to the role.
• We require at least four years of progressive systems administration experience in a mid- to large-scale enterprise setting with 500 or more users.
• We need hands-on expertise administering Microsoft Azure IaaS and on-premises Hyper-V virtualization, including host clustering and virtual network management.
• We require experience with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), including Active Directory synchronization, single sign-on integrations, and Conditional Access policies.
• We need practical experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), NinjaOne, and Windows Autopilot for automated device deployment and policy control.
• We require strong PowerShell scripting capability.
• We expect standard proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• We require the ability to travel between our sites and locations, along with a valid California drivers license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record.

• We serve as a technical contributor and implementer within our hybrid IT environment under the guidance of IT leadership.
• We manage and fine-tune our enterprise infrastructure on a daily basis, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and on-premises Hyper-V systems.
• We help develop and support roadmaps for core infrastructure services, including identity management, unified endpoint management, and enterprise messaging.
• We administer Entra ID and related identity services, supporting synchronization, SSO, and access controls.
• We oversee endpoint management platforms and automation tools to provision devices and enforce policies efficiently.
• We apply PowerShell scripting to streamline administration and improve operational effectiveness.
• We collaborate with internal teams to support organizational goals and strengthen the technology foundation behind our care delivery.
• We travel between our various TrueCare sites as needed to support systems and operations.
