Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting supported by a robust telehealth framework that enables seamless client interactions. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team committed to excellent client care while enjoying the benefits of a flexible work arrangement. You can choose to work full-time, maintaining a schedule of Monday to Friday with 40-hour work weeks, or opt for part-time hours based on team needs and personal availability, including any weekday or weekend adaptability.

  • Provide personalized therapy strategies for clients, conducting thorough examinations and mental health evaluations to assess needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring high standards of therapeutic practice.

  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, customizing approaches based on client needs.

  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, involving them in creating a supportive network for recovery.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and accountability in all patient interactions.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops, keeping abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will engage with a diverse array of clients ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses.
