Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor

To support a growing practice, the contract Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor will provide therapy-focused services to clients in a fully remote environment, setting their own hours and managing their caseload without the need for marketing or billing tasks. Key responsibilities Conduct live video sessions and provide messaging and asynchronous care to clients Manage intake and discharge processes while maintaining client documentation Work with both insurance and cash-pay clients, ensuring a therapy-focused model Required qualifications Active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) CAQH# for independent practice capability Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access Commitment to providing therapy-focused services without engaging in claims or billing work Flexibility to set own hours and manage caseload effectively
