Territory Manager - Outside Sales

Priority1 is seeking outside Territory Managers for its Fort Worth, TX office to drive new business acquisition in the freight shipping industry. Responsibilities Prospect new business through B2B door‑to‑door cold calling. Develop and execute lead generation strategies. Utilize CRM tools to track activities and manage the sales pipeline. Sell and set up new accounts and manage existing accounts. Training & Development Three weeks of corporate training during the first 24 months, with opportunities for additional senior Territory Manager and management training. New hires also enter the Fast Start program, a three‑month on‑the‑field program with upper management. Qualifications 0‑2 years of sales experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree; business, marketing, communication or related fields preferred. Active involvement in campus activities; athletic experience highly recommended. Polished and professional appearance and demeanor. Enthusiastic, energetic and determined to be part of a winning team. Strong desire for success in a competitive sales environment. Compensation & Benefits $40,000 base salary + uncapped commission. $500 monthly car allowance and reimbursement for gas receipts.
