Qualifications and Skills

Class B License w/passenger endorsement and valid medical card

Valid Class C License

Ability to work a flexible schedule

Ability to lift wheelchairs and walkers in/out of cars and buses

Must present clean driving record

Essential Duties:

• Timely pick up/drop off of residents in company vehicles
• Driving Company Busses on outings, trips and events for our residents
• Assisting residents in/out of vehicles
• Assisting residents on/off bus
• Keep vehicles clean
• Notifying Supervisor of any immediate vehicle concerns and or safety issues
• Effective Communication with Staff when transporting residents
• Being a Team Player
• Assisting activity staff with events when necessary
• Understand and actively promote The Village Team Values, which include the following:
