Utilize comprehensive product knowledge to effectively recommend and sell merchandise, demonstrating selling techniques to close sales.

Operate the point of sale system and cash register accurately, handling cash handling and processing transactions efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandising standards are met and the store environment is inviting.

Assist with stocking merchandise, ensuring shelves are full and products are presented attractively.

Proactively identify and solve customer issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment, demonstrating leadership potential.

Adhere to loss prevention procedures to safeguard store assets and minimize shrinkage.

Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, showcasing strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, using both verbal and written English language skills.

Working knowledge of selling techniques and customer service principles.

General knowledge of product knowledge and merchandising practices.

Thorough knowledge of point of sale systems and cash handling procedures.

Experience with cash register operations.

Previous experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role.
