Commercial Lines Producer We are searching for a Commercial Lines Producer with skills to drive sales, generate new business, managing client accounts, and design comprehensive risk management strategies for commercial clients. This role actively manages prospective leads, develops strategic networks, and builds lasting relationships across targeted industries. Key Responsibilities Drive New Business & Pipeline Activity: Actively manage prospective leads daily using agency technology to track activities and action items to consistently meet sales goals. Prospect & Develop Clientele: Research, network, and generate prospective client lists; reach out to decision-makers to explain policy features, coverage merits, and tailored solutions. Design & Present Custom Risk Programs: Evaluate client financial resources and coverage needs to design insurance programs, recommend coverages, present proposals, and negotiate terms effectively. Manage Account Strategy & Growth: Develop client-specific business plans to drive growth, retention, and cross-selling; generate budget projections, track progress, and update leadership. Lead Client & Service Team Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the internal service team, enforcing critical deadlines, ensuring quality deliverables, and seeking renewal feedback. Maintain Market & Industry Expertise: Maintain deep Property & Casualty knowledge, stay informed on market, economic, and industry trends, and fulfill all licensing and continuing education requirements. Qualifications Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrable evidence of generating substantial new commercial insurance business. Innovative & Critical Thinker: Ability to think creatively, logically, and critically to deliver value-added insurance and risk management solutions. Strong Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, carriers, vendors, and colleagues. Superior Communication: Excellent verbal, written, analytical, organizational, and formal presentation skills. Self-Motivated & Organized: Driven self-starter capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with top-tier time management and prioritization skills. P&C Licensed: Active Property & Casualty insurance license maintained through required continuing education.
