Role Description The Restaurant General Manager is a full-time role responsible for managing and overseeing all daily restaurant operations multiple locations, both on-site and off-site. This role manages front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensures excellent guest service, and maintains high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety. The General Manager monitors sales and costs, leads scheduling and labor management, and ensures adherence to company policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities include training and coaching staff, handling guest feedback and escalations, coordinating with franchise leadership, and driving initiatives to increase revenue, profitability, and overall customer satisfaction. Qualifications Financial and operational management skills, including P&L Management and Budgeting. Customer-focused abilities, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service. Leadership and talent management experience, including Hiring and staff development. Prior experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role. Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of health, safety, HR and food handling regulations. Must have exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
