What You’ll Do • Provide ABA services in school, home & community settings • Implement behavior plans under LBS/BCBA supervision • Assist with assessments and data collection • Teach communication, social, academic, and life skills • Collaborate closely with LBSs/BCBAs and performance coaches • Travel locally for placements (within reasonable driving distance) This Role Is Great For You If You: ✔ Enjoy working directly with students ✔ Want a long-term career in ABA or behavioral health ✔ Are open to learning, coaching, and growth ✔ Are comfortable working in schools and homes ✔ Value ethics, teamwork, and professionalism Experience in ABA is a plus but not required. We provide training and help you obtain RBT certification if needed.
