About the Role
The Company is seeking a Temporary VP, Influencer Marketing to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the influencer marketing team, with a focus on developing, implementing, and overseeing processes to ensure the effectiveness and success of influencer campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive new business experience, strong presentation skills, and a commitment to driving the strategic vision of influencer campaigns. The VP will own one or more influencer marketing client accounts, provide direction to the team on best practices, forecast the impact of campaigns, and collaborate with paid media teams. Additionally, the role involves proactively pitching business growth opportunities, participating in the new business pitch process, and managing a team to meet financial goals. Applicants for the VP, Influencer Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' applicable experience, with a preference for those with an agency background. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in maintaining positive client relationships, delivering strategic counsel, and troubleshooting issues. A strong background in social/digital and influencer marketing, as well as experience with influencer management platforms, is essential. The role also requires knowledge of influencer contracting, paid media best practices, and the ability to distill information into actionable items. The candidate should be a team player with a people-focused attitude, eager to learn from others, and capable of being self-sufficient while remaining reliable in communication.
