Position Overview Role: School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: VIRTUAL - Michigan Full Time ideally - open to Part-Time as well 7 hours per day Preschool aged students Caseload around 20-35 for full time Pay Structure: Equal pay for direct and indirect treatment time Key Responsibilities Conduct pediatric SLP evaluations and deliver school-based therapy services Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and special education staff Complete documentation aligned with school timelines Help students access learning and succeed through functional skill development Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology Michigan SLP license, or eligible to apply Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Passion for supporting diverse learners in inclusive environments Benefits & Perks Rates: up to $65/hour W-2 employment Healthcare benefits* (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with employer matching Paid sick leave Reimbursements for licensure, CEUs, and other professional expenses Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate Professional liability insurance coverage Referral bonuses No non-compete clauses Paid time off for volunteer hours and donation matching* *Benefits for 0.8 FTE or higher.
