Assistant Manager

Assistant Store Manager As an Assistant Store Manager at Short Stop, you're a hands-on leader who keeps the energy high and the store running fast, friendly, and clean. Partnering with the Store Manager, you'll inspire Team Members, deliver great guest experiences, and help create a store that customers love to stop by-every time. You'll jump into daily operations, lead by example, and keep everything moving smoothly-from the sales floor to behind the scenes-especially when leadership support is needed.

- Lead by example to create a fun, team-first culture
- Keep the store running smoothly, cleanly, and efficiently
- Support inventory, merchandising, and product rollouts
- Ensure every guest leaves with a great experience
- Quickly resolve guest concerns and keep leadership informed
- Experience in retail, convenience, or food service
- A natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing others
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Positive, energetic attitude with a team-first mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy shifts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be 18+ and meet screening requirements
