What You’ll Do

You’ll be part of a field team responsible for maintaining

the cleanliness and appearance of commercial properties across the region. Your

work helps businesses present a safe, polished, and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing commercial‑grade power washing on sidewalks, building exteriors, entryways, and other high‑traffic surfaces
• Operating pressure‑washing equipment safely and effectively
• Identifying areas needing deeper cleaning or repeat treatment
• Working independently at job sites while maintaining high attention to detail
• Ensuring equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored properly
• Providing reliable, on‑time service to meet scheduled cleaning commitments

What You Bring

Top Qualifications (Required):

• Clean driving record
• Previous power washing experience
• Solid work history in labor‑intensive, production, sanitation, or similar roles
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation

Preferred (Not Required):

• Professional power washing experience at commercial or industrial properties
• 3–5 years in laborious, custodial, or production environments
• Mechanical inclination or familiarity with small engines/auto mechanics

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
