• Full-time hours -- 13-week assignment
• Schedule TBD -- may include weekend and float coverage
• 35 hours guaranteed with 90% productivity met
• 85 - 90% productivity expected
• Skilled nursing facility setting
• SNF experience strongly preferred
• EMR: Net Health (Rehab Optima)
