Skills & Qualifications QualificationsRequired(Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) High School Diploma Required Excellent written and verbal communication skills 1+ Administrativeor Customer Serviceor front-facingexperience preferred Computerproficiency, experienceworking inWord, Excel, and Outlook. Proficiencyin operating standard office technology and equipment, including phones, computers, printers, scanners, and related systems Strong awareness of the Native experience; personal experience withIndigenous and tribal communities preferred Ability to communicate effectively about Eighth Generation values,businesspracticesand processes with all levels of internal and external contacts Extremely detail-oriented and organized,withtheability to bring tasks through to completion Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to work with all team members, artists,and customers Ability to exercise discretionconcerning confidential or sensitive information Ability to pass a background check Duties & Responsibilities Responsibilities & Essential Duties Providesdailyadministrativesupportto executive team includingdata entry,draftingcorrespondenceorother communications as directed by leadership,printing,scanning,mailing,maintainingrecords andfilingsystemsetc. Provides daily phone coverage at the Headquarters for all staff, inquiries, and customer questions Assesses priorities and competing demands and adjusts allocation of time and resources to increase efficiency and effectiveness Managesappointment scheduling,coordinatingmeetinglogistics,andarrangesaccommodations and travel for Staff and Artists as needed, and coordinates food and catering orders for staff, artists, meetings, and other company events Processes and distributes incoming communications(viamail, email, phone, etc.) Participatesin daily communications with customers via phone and email, and workswith internal team to coordinateappropriate responsesto resolve issues or customer questions Work collaboratively withthe Creative Director,Wholesale,Warehouse, Shipping,andMarketing staff as needed to ensuretimelyandhigh-qualitycustomer service Maintain good working order of alloffice equipment and machines, includingordering supplies for the office orscheduling service visits and/orperformingperiodic maintenanceas needed Assistleadership in hostingvisitors, important guests,and leading tour groupsat theEighth GenerationHQ Exercises discretion and integrity with highly confidential & sensitive information Assistwith organizingand planningforspecial events,speaking engagements, public appearances,or other internal events as needed Perform additionalduties, projects,and responsibilities as assigned in support of departmental and organizational needs Salary & Benefits $23.50-$24.50 hourly #J-18808-Ljbffr
