What You'll Do: Develop and execute a localized marketing and sales plan, assess market trends and competitive landscape, generate and nurture leads through the full sales process, conduct tours, presentations, and follow-up communications, build relationships with referral sources and local partners, track sales metrics and manage CRM systems, partner with leadership to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
