Ambulatory Primary Care PA/NP — Patient-Centered Clinician
Northwestern Memorial Hospital
Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for our Primary Care team. This 100% ambulatory role follows a Mon-Fri schedule with one late night and no weekend shifts, working within a collaborative care model.
