• Client Name AIG
• About the client/Project (optional) Leading and managing the entire testing delivery of a large Insurance programme covering multiple tracks, applications and teams. Single testing POC to the client; working with the offshore testing team to manage the testing delivery. Project is to rewrite a critical application from an old technology to a modern technology.

Experience /Skill details (in years) :

• Over all experience 15+ yrs. of QA experience
• Relevant experience 10+ yrs. of Test Management exposure
• Mandatory skill required
  • Very Strong Program Test Manager who has handled complex program implementations
  • Hands-on experience in test management tools like Rally, ALM and Jira
  • Worked on Complex E2E Transformation and Migration programs
  • Expertise in handling complex E2E program implementations involving large application landscapes, multiple program/business/vendor stakeholders and Dev teams
  • Strong experience in Agile delivery model, expert knowledge in RALLY
  • Independently driven, Accountable on deliverables, represent client stakeholders
  • Good communication skills, Program coordination, hosting calls with business executives and Client handling capabilities and flexibility in support
  • Able to work independently to provide end-to-end testing solutions and work with different LOB and integration systems
  • Build and derive test strategy, estimation, reporting and metrics and root cause analysis reports
  • Expertise in planning, coordinating and creating E2E test plans involving multiple upstream and downstream applications, DBs, APIs
  • Apt knowledge on Test Management, Defect Management/Lifecycle, Test Panning & Estimation
  • Knowledge and exposure to Automation and GenAI concepts, tools and approaches
  • Experience in building QA metrics and building root cause analysis reports
  • Background on automation and Gen AI strategies/approaches and tools
  • Ability to drive an automation first approach and guide the team in achieving the test automation targets
• Good to have skills
  • General Insurance domain expertise is a PLUS
• Required level of additional language English only

Contract details:

• Latest Joining date 15 th June, but negotiable
• Contract Duration 6 months
• Remote Work: Yes/No No (3 days in office in Dublin)
• If No for the previous, then what is the location of hire Dublin, Ireland
• If Hybrid/Onsite share the travel location- Dublin 1
• Working hours (Specify if not 40 hours in a week) 40 hrs/week, but need to be flexible to work around as needed; but will not be paid more than 40 as CWR.

Skill:

• 15+ yrs. QA experience candidate with 10+ yrs. of test management exposure
