Sr Director/Executive Director, Pharm Science Technical Lead
BridgeBio Pharma
Senior leadership role directing pharmaceutical development and CMC strategy across clinical and commercial programs at a biotech company. Reports to executive leadership while managing cross-functional teams in formulation, analytical, process development, manufacturing, and regulatory science.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop high-performing Pharmaceutical Sciences teams across multiple disciplines
- Establish organizational priorities, resource plans, and development goals aligned with corporate strategy
- Provide scientific leadership for formulation, analytical, process, manufacturing, and technology transfer activities
- Represent Pharmaceutical Sciences in governance committees, executive reviews, and regulatory interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on CMC strategy and risk mitigation
Requirements
- Proven track record leading high-performing pharmaceutical sciences teams
- Deep expertise in formulation, analytical, and process development
- Strong regulatory knowledge and CMC strategy experience
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership with data-driven recommendations
- Experience managing risk mitigation and timelines in development programs
- Ability to interact with health authorities and navigate regulatory inspections
