Kitchen Production Team Member - Chick-fil-A Pooler & Godley Station

As a Kitchen Production Team Member at Chick-fil-A, you will have the opportunity to work alongside highly skilled and talented individuals who are dedicated to delivering delicious food and exceptional service to our guests.

Full-time, 8-hour shifts, Mon-Sat, 5 days per week. Over time is available if desired.

Tasks Required:

• Waffle Fry Station, Breading and Frying our Delicious Chicken
• Previous Chick-fil-A or restaurant experience is a big plus, but not required.
• Wage: $16.00/hour with increases available in 30-45 days.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook our delicious menu items with attention to detail and adherence to our high standards.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Contribute to a positive and energetic work atmosphere that fosters teamwork and excellent customer service.
• Ability and desire to put the needs of other Team Members and guests above your own
• Growth mindset, coachable, and teachable
• Ability to communicate effectively with Team Members and Leaders

Requirements:

• No formal education requirements - we believe in hiring motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering delicious food and exceptional service.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Ability and desire to accomplish multiple tasks with excellence and urgency
• Minimum Age: 16 years old
• Moderate English-Speaking Abilities
