Bilingual Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong follow-up skills, and can help prospective residents through the leasing process from first contact through move-in.

Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Conduct property tours and highlight apartment features, amenities, and community benefits
• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong communication throughout the leasing process
• Process applications and assist with required leasing paperwork
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure all documents are completed accurately
• Assist with move-in and move-out procedures as needed
• Maintain accurate records in the property management system
• Work with the property team to help meet occupancy and leasing goals
• Provide excellent customer service to prospects and current residents

Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Prior leasing, sales, customer service, or property management experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow up consistently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills required
• Experience with Yardi, Entrata, or similar property management software is a plus
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
