About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive team. The CFO will be a senior officer, directly reporting to the President, and will play a key role in enhancing the company's operations and processes, strengthening the enrollment pipeline, and ensuring an exemplary experience for all stakeholders. This includes expanding academic programs, building partnerships, and distinguishing the company among its peers. The successful candidate will be expected to be a strategic and forward-looking partner, developing a business model that ensures the company's long-term success. Responsibilities for the CFO at the company include overseeing various functions such as facilities, safety, risk, and auxiliary operations, as well as working with outsourced services. The role also involves collaborating to grow net tuition revenue, diversifying revenue streams, and improving financial management practices. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a strong background in finance, with a preference for those with experience in higher education or nonprofit organizations. An MBA with at least five years' of finance experience is also preferred. The ideal candidate will be adept at budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial reporting, and will be able to inspire the community to work towards common goals in support of the company's mission. The CFO will be instrumental in the company's recent rebranding efforts and will be expected to work closely with the new President to drive the institution's strategic financial initiatives.
