We are seeking an experienced, people-focused Site General Manager to lead the overall performance of a busy, customer-facing youth enrichment location.

This is not simply an administrative management position. The Manager is responsible for the health of the business — its people, customers, culture, operations and financial performance.

What You'll Own

• Lead, coach and develop a multi-level team and location leadership team
• Recruit strong team members and proactively maintain a healthy staffing pipeline
• Create a positive, accountable and high-performing workplace culture
• Drive customer acquisition, retention and overall customer experience
• Monitor enrollment, revenue, staffing, payroll, capacity and other key business metrics
• Recognize performance problems early and take appropriate action
• Develop emerging leaders and build bench strength for future growth
• Ensure daily operations are safe, consistent and well executed
• Manage customer and team concerns with strong judgment and follow-through
• Hold leaders accountable while empowering them to own their areas of responsibility
