Role purpose Known internally as a Health Assessment Specialist at Bluecrest Wellness, you’ll play a vital part in helping people take control of their health and wellbeing. You’ll meet customers who rely on your support, reassurance and professionalism, and the impact you make can genuinely change lives. You’ll travel across your region, work in a range of well-presented venues, and guide customers through important health assessments that provide clarity and confidence about their wellbeing. Responsibilities What you will do Work 4 × 10-hour shifts per week, totalling 40 hours, with shifts between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday. Rota created by the Resource Team and provided three weeks in advance; option to request 2 days in a calendar month when you cannot work. Regular travel within the region; you may drive up to two hours to reach your venue. Travel over 1.5 hours is paid with accommodation and meal allowance; occasional public transport may be used. Deliver health assessments in welcoming clinic spaces across your region and keep the working environment engaging. Plan routes, set up equipment, greet customers, and manage 15–22 customers per day with appointment times of 10–45 minutes depending on package. Conduct health assessments (examples include PAD, ECG, Body Composition, and more) and provide guidance on appropriate further testing; keep administration up to date. Focus on customer experience, ensuring customers feel supported, informed and looked after. You are not required to interpret results or provide lifestyle advice after assessments. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where no two days are the same and the work makes a difference. What we’d like to see from you Full UK driving licence and access to your own car to transport kit to venues and store kit items at home. Ability to work any days between Monday to Sunday and any times between 6am and 10pm on a rota basis (6am–4pm, 8am–6pm, 1pm–10pm). Proficiency with computers/laptops/phones/tablets. Clear DBS (we will process this on your behalf). Ability to travel up to 2 hours from home to perform the role, with occasional overnight stays. Live within the required distance of the regional location. Attend Milton Keynes head office for the first 2 weeks of training (Mon–Fri); paid accommodation and meal allowance if living more than 1 hour 30 minutes away. Willingness to learn and take on new skills; strong written and verbal communication; strong organisational skills. Previous experience with customers; experience with upselling is desirable but not essential; experience working to targets or KPIs; phlebotomy or clinical procedures experience is desirable but not essential. Display good clinical knowledge (desirable but not essential); general interest in health and wellbeing; ability to work independently and be proactive; punctual and able to meet timings; empathy and compassion; intuitive understanding of others; resilient; willingness to upsell; ability to lift and set up kit weighing up to 60kg. *Please note as part of the onboarding process for this role you will require a satisfactory enhanced criminal records check (covered by us).
