Performance Management Specialist-Direct Hire Authority

Duties
Help
Manages the development, solicitation, negotiation, administration, modification, and termination of performance based contract services.
Strong working knowledge of performance-based acquisition strategies and service contract administration.
Experience preparing technical acquisition documentation including PWSs, QASPs, IGEs, and service summaries.
Experience conducting contract surveillance, inspections, and contractor performance evaluations.
Experience coordinating with engineering, contracting, financial management, and operations personnel.
