What You'll Do
- Identify and engage top talent across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences industries.
- Build relationships with candidates through outreach, networking, and ongoing engagement.
- Learn executive search and recruiting methodologies through hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience.
- Expand your professional network by engaging with industry leaders, executives, and emerging talent.
