Registered Nurse - Case Manager

Registered Nurse - Case Manager

Perm candidates of any other providence facility (non Swedish) are eligible for a travel contract if they have been separated for at least 3 months. 1 year experience will accept 1st time travelers. Certs required: BLS. Experience required: Inpatient/Acute Care, Case Management Epic. Floating: Travelers may be floated to other Swedish campuses if census is low (Issaquah, First Hill, Ballard). Weekend coverage required: Minimum 2 weekend days per month (typically not scheduled together, i.e. will work 1 Saturday per month and 1 Sunday per month - but not in the same weekend).

Swedish Cherry Hill is a specialty hospital. We engage in care coordination for neuro and other specialties.
