POSITION OVERVIEW (We are in Immediate need for experience with Drywall, Plumbing, and Flooring) .

This position is for highly organized and customer-centric individuals who have a passion for delivering outstanding results. Previous handyman experience is required.- basic construction skills are necessary. This is a great opportunity to develop alongside a fast-growing company.

House Doctors is a professional handyman and home improvement service company specializing in both large and small jobs in Jacksonville, Orange Park, and south of the St. Augustine areas. We are looking for energetic and friendly people who enjoy working on various home improvement and maintenance projects such as repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc.

First Responders and Prior Military Highly Encouraged to Apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Completing handyman and home improvement projects such as repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc.
• Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks
• Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service
• Representing House Doctors in the local community, and networking with potential customers as needs arise

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of construction/handyman experience (preferred)
• Hands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the handyman industry
• Proficiency with 8+ trades is a bonus
• Ability to learn and operate basic computer programs and systems
• Friendly personality and committed to great customer service
• A strong work ethic and highly dependable
• Able to perform physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs.), and handling tools
• Provide own tools is highly recommended
• Valid driver's license is a must
• High School Diploma/GED Preferred College Diploma
• Exterior House Repair Experience is highly desired
• Experienced Drywall/Plaster repair is highly desired
