Job Description

We are currently in search of Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family or Internal Medicine Physicians to join our collaborative practice in Lebanon, KY. As we expand, we seek physicians who share our commitment to excellence and a desire to effect positive change.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical outpatient experience post-residency.
• Must possess a current, unrestricted state license or be eligible for licensure.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is mandatory.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.
• Active registration or eligibility for registration with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) is necessary.
• Must have active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or be eligible to enroll.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Comfortable using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; experience with Athena is preferred.
