Agentic AI Engineer

As a member of the Kargo team, you will have the opportunity to develop and deploy tomorrow’s hardware & software solutions and help revolutionize logistics. Responsibilities Build AI agents that autonomously navigate websites and execute complex workflows. Develop browser automation solutions using Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks. Design agent architectures leveraging LLMs, tool calling, memory, and planning capabilities. Integrate AI agents with APIs, SaaS platforms, and internal systems. Improve agent reliability through evaluation, testing, monitoring, and guardrails. Optimize agent performance, scalability, and operational cost. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and automate high‑value workflows. Stay current on emerging agent frameworks, models, and AI technologies. Experience 3+ years of software engineering experience building production systems. 1+ years experience building agentic workflows. Strong Python programming skills. Experience with LLMs, agent frameworks and browser automation tools. Experience integrating APIs and third‑party services. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. Startup experience and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment is preferred. BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
