Sales Recruiter

Insight Global is looking to scale their recruiting function to support hiring for Account Executives across both traditional GTM roles and more technical AEs. They are seeking experienced Sales Recruiters who can operate independently across the full recruitment lifecycle while leveraging modern sourcing strategies and AI tools. This role is hybrid in Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago, or Indianapolis 3x per week - no flex. Pay range $30-$40/hour depending on experience. Responsibilities Manage full lifecycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for AE roles Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring strategy Source and engage enterprise-level candidates through multiple channels Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance sourcing efficiency and pipeline development Maintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting within Workday ATS Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process Support hiring across both: Builder AEs (more technical, product-aligned sellers) Must Haves 5–7+ years of sales recruiting experience Proven experience recruiting for Account Executives, preferably across both traditional GTM and technical sales roles Strong background recruiting within the technology industry Experience supporting enterprise-level hiring Proficiency with Workday ATS Demonstrated ability to independently manage high-volume req loads in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting tools and modern sourcing techniques Plusses IG has benefit options available at a discounted rate from Day 1 of employment! #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
