Gunners Ridge Bar & Grill
DUTIES: • Oversee all operations of a restaurant, bar, and casino • Ensure compliance with all food and alcohol safety regulations • Handle customer complaints • Promote the establishment • Demonstrate excellent customer service as a service standard • Coordinate with bar manager and kitchen manager/chef • Manage costs of inventory and labor • Must be willing to assist staff as needed, including on the floor Position is full time and pay will be commensurate with experience.
