We are seeking motivated, dependable, professionally-sound minded Warehouse Associates to join our Tustin Distribution Center team.This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, value safety, enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and are committed to delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.Essential Functions:As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping our distribution center operating efficiently by:Accurately picking, packing, and staging customer orders and branch transfers using RF scanners and warehouse WMS technologyReceiving inbound freight, and verifying product quantities and condition against packing slips and purchase ordersUtilizing the Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) to process inventory transactions, receipts, transfers, and order fulfillment activitiesLoading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and material handling equipmentAssisting customers and drivers with material pickups while ensuring safe loading practicesMaintaining warehouse organization through proper slotting, stock rotation and inventory audits, and good housekeeping practicesFollowing all OSHA regulations, company safety standards, and operational proceduresCollaborating with warehouse and operations teams to meet productivity, quality, and service goalsAny other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Experience:Required:Strong work ethic and commitment to reliability and attendanceAbility to work safely in a team-oriented environmentProfessional attitude with the ability to communicate respectfully and work effectively with customers, drivers, and team membersAbility to report to work on-time and have reliable transportationAttention to detail and focus on accuracyBasic computer skills and comfort using handheld scanners and warehouse technologyAbility to lift up to 80 pounds regularlyWillingness to learn and contribute wherever neededForklift experience is a plusPrior warehouse, distribution center, shipping and receiving experiencePreferred:Logistics experience preferredBilingual English/Spanish is a plusWhy Join Us?:Stable, full-time employment with an established and growing companyOpportunities for advancement and career developmentCompetitive benefits packageSafety-focused workplaceTeam-oriented culture that recognizes hard work and performanceBenefits:401(k)Medical, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time OffEmployee Assistance ProgramCareer Growth OpportunitiesWork Environment:Warehouse/distribution center setting with varying temperatures.
