Primary Functions The Picker will fulfill and process customer orders while keeping storage and staging areas organized. Successful candidate must be able to operate a pallet jack and follow all applicable safety regulations. Bilingual Mandarin Chinese is a plus. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Active, a physical role that includes operating an electric pallet jack Organizing and palletizing products to build customer orders Warp pallet after palletizing products Keep the location areas and staging areas organized Organize pallets and other support materials in a safe manner Communicate warehouse concerns and safety issues to the warehouse manager Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations, and procedures Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company Other duties as assigned by management Skills And Qualifications Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures Ability to safely operate an electric pallet jack Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent time management skills Drug Screening will be REQUIRED Physical Requirements Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying. Must be able to move up to 50 pounds at a time. Education And/Or Training High School diploma or equivalent required 1+ years of warehouse experience Work Conditions (The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
