Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) – Ithaca, NY

$70,000–$100,000/year
Full-Time | Day Shift | On-Site | Direct Hire

We are recruiting a  Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient rehabilitation opportunity in  Ithaca, NY .

This role is ideal for a PT who enjoys working closely with patients throughout their recovery, providing evidence-based care, and collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

What You’ll Do

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, functional training, and other appropriate interventions
• Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, posture, and long-term wellness
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support a safe, organized, and patient-focused outpatient environment

What We’re Looking For

• DPT or equivalent accredited Physical Therapy degree
• Current Physical Therapist license  or eligibility for licensure
• Outpatient experience preferred,  but not required
• BLS certification or ability to obtain
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Interest in orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation
