Procedural Scheduler - Orthopedics Surgery

Under the general supervision of the Clinic Manager/Supervisor, this position is responsible for scheduling surgical procedures. Key responsibilities include preparing clinical data for submission of prior authorization requests, maintaining appropriate logs, and documenting authorization status. Required Qualifications H.S. Diploma or GED: High School diploma or equivalent, or equivalent education/experience 1 year of experience with medical terminology, coding, and medical charting Preferred Qualifications Medical Assistant, Billing, or Front Office Management certification from an accredited vocational school. Prior work experience in referral authorizations and Surgical Scheduling. Why Join Providence?
