Program Specialist IIThe Program Specialist II serves as a strategic partner to client hiring managers and staffing vendors, providing advanced consultative support throughout the contingent labor lifecycle. This role expands on the Program Specialist I responsibilities by proactively identifying process improvements, mentoring junior team members, and driving supplier performance. The Program Specialist II is expected to manage more complex requisitions and provide data-driven insights to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.Essential FunctionsStrategic Client EngagementLead requisition intake sessions with hiring managers, offering consultative guidance on market trends, rate benchmarking, and talent availability.Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend sourcing strategies.Build long-term relationships with key client stakeholders to understand evolving business needs.Process Optimization and ReportingAnalyze requisition and fulfillment data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.Develop and deliver customized reports and dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders.Ensure compliance with client-specific policies and procedures.Supplier and Worker OversightEvaluate supplier performance using KPIs and recommend corrective actions or recognition.Lead quarterly business reviews with suppliers.Oversee complex worker assignment changes and ensure data integrity across systems.Mentorship and Team CollaborationProvide guidance and support to Program Specialist I team members.Share best practices and contribute to training initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred.3-5 years of experience in contingent workforce programs or staffing industry.Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and requisitions.Advanced Excel and reporting skills; experience with VMS tools and CRM systems.Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.Additional InformationLocation disclaimer: This position is open to North America locations outside of California, Colorado, New Jersey, New York, Washington and Maryland.Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
