The position is primarily remote, allowing for the flexibility to manage your workspace while providing outpatient care. Our state-of-the-art telehealth platform enables seamless interactions with patients. However, as needed, you may also have the opportunity to conduct in-person sessions at our Concord outpatient office. We maintain regular office hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, ensuring a well-structured work schedule conducive to work-life balance.

  • Conduct thorough initial evaluations to assess patients’ mental health needs and challenges related to trauma.

  • Develop personalized and evidence-based treatment plans to help patients manage their emotional difficulties.

  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to address individual patient needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices.

  • Educate patients about coping mechanisms for stress and trauma, fostering resilience and self-efficacy.

  • Continuously monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers, social and medical agencies, and community outreach programs to ensure comprehensive service delivery.

  • Participate in continuing education to maintain your National Certified Counselor certification and stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health practices.

Your primary focus will be on working with trauma injury patients who seek assistance in managing their mental health challenges. Many of these individuals are navigating the effects of emotional trauma, and your expertise will significantly impact their recovery journey. You will provide instrumental support in helping them regain control over their lives and work through past experiences that affect their well-being.

  • Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

  • Valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) credential is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
