Projects range from residential kitchens and bathrooms to built-ins and specialty woodwork, providing a variety of work environments and design challenges. Team members collaborate closely with clients, designers, and trades to ensure projects are completed to exact specifications and with exceptional attention to detail. Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Denver, CO, responsible for overseeing custom cabinet and woodworking projects from initial planning through final installation. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project timelines, managing schedules and resources, and tracking progress to ensure on-time delivery. The role involves communicating with clients, designers, and production teams, clarifying specifications, and resolving issues that may impact quality or deadlines. The Project Manager will review project plans, monitor production and installation activities, perform on-site checks, and maintain accurate documentation and reports. This position also supports continuous improvement of processes, safety practices, and workflow efficiency within the shop and on job sites. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication. Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to coordinate materials, track orders, and ensure timely delivery to the shop and job sites. Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify quality, confirm measurements, and ensure finished work meets specifications and standards. Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize transportation, manage inventory, and support efficient workflow across multiple projects. Experience in construction, cabinetry, woodworking, or a related trade is highly beneficial. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and clients. Proficiency with project management tools and basic computer applications; familiarity with reading drawings and plans is a plus.
