Conduct screenings and assessments using validated tools to evaluate behavioral health, trauma, substance use, and treatment needs. Provide evidence-based individual and group psychotherapy utilizing approaches such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Therapy, and Seeking Safety. Lead treatment planning meetings, goal development, and recertification processes for individuals on your caseload. Provide clinical guidance and supervision to bachelor's-level support staff. Support crisis intervention efforts using a trauma-informed approach. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, compliance activities, and ongoing staff training. Provide on-call crisis intervention services on a rotating basis, as required. Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Compassionate Dependable Patient Team-Oriented Service-Focused Professional Positive Committed to Helping Others Qualifications Required Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field. Experience conducting clinical assessments and developing treatment plans. Knowledge of trauma-informed care and recovery-oriented treatment practices. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. Preferred Professional licensure or licensure eligibility (LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or related credential). Experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions in community or behavioral health settings. Experience working with individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Schedule Full-Time Flexible schedule based on program needs Participation in an on-call rotation for crisis intervention services Some evening or weekend hours may be required Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday. Ability to travel for client-related services, meetings, training, and program activities as needed.
