Physical Therapist (Outpatient Orthopedics)

Position Summary: Professional Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Clovis, NM. This role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized care plans, and providing high-quality, evidence-based treatment. We maintain sustainable daily caseload expectations to ensure optimal patient outcomes and standard-of-care compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish functional, measurable goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on movement, performance, and long-term results.
• Manage a daily caseload of approximately 11-14 patients.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation for all patient encounters.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and fellow clinicians to ensure high standards of care.
• Take ownership of patient outcomes and actively participate in continuous professional growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Licensure: Valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the State of New Mexico (or eligible for licensure).
• Experience: Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is strongly preferred.
• Skills: Strong clinical reasoning, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI)

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year (commensurate with clinical experience).
