Public Health Nurse II - Immunizations & Community Outreach
Williamson-County-and-Cities-Health-District
Williamson County and Cities Health District seeks a Public Health Nurse to perform complex public health nursing in outpatient clinic settings, managing schedules and delivering preventive services including immunizations, TB testing, and STI care. Under supervision of Nurse Team Lead, you will educate the community, maintain records, follow TVFC/ASN guidelines, and participate in policy and quality improvement activities.
