ABA Coaching Lead for RBT Development

Hopebridge is seeking an RBT Facilitator to support the development of ABA Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians in a clinical setting. The role combines direct patient sessions with coaching to model ABA strategies and provide behavior-specific feedback to support skill development and clinical growth. The RBT Facilitator works closely with Virtual Trainers and clinical leadership to ensure coaching is consistent, effective, and aligned with quality standards, preparing therapists for #J-18808-Ljbffr Hopebridge
