Note: Active Maryland bar admissions is required. Virginia bar admission is preferred, along with 3+ years of directly relevant labor and employment law experience.

• Handle a broad range of labor and employment matters on behalf of employer clients.
\n
• Defend EEOC claims and employment-related civil litigation in state and federal courts.
\n
• Advise clients on general employment and workplace matters.
\n
• Handle employment discrimination and wage and hour disputes.
\n
• Assist with unfair labor practice claims and labor relations matters.
\n
• Provide practical legal guidance on day-to-day employment issues and workplace decisions.
\n
• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents.
\n
• Communicate directly with clients and develop practical strategies tailored to their business needs.
\n
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and legal professionals on complex labor and employment matters.
\n
• Handle immigration-related employment matters as part of a broad labor and employment practice.
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Active Maryland bar admission required.
\n
• 3+ years of labor and employment law experience required.
\n
• Experience defending EEOC claims and employment litigation strongly preferred.
\n
• Experience with employment discrimination and wage and hour matters.
\n
• Familiarity with unfair labor practice claims and labor relations.
\n
• Immigration law experience is a plus.
\n
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
\n
• Excellent judgment, organization, and attention to detail.
\n
• Virginia bar admission preferred.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple matters effectively while maintaining strong client relationships.
