F&B Supervisor

Responsibilities Oversee F&B service in Grounded, the Hub, Characters, and Knife & Board. Resolve employee and guest‑related problems. Detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained. Use proper cash handling and accounting procedures. Display and utilize knowledge of F&B products, including menu, ingredients, beer, wine, and liquor. Display and utilize guest service skills, and provide training and guidance to staff on service standards and procedures. Ensure the effective maintenance and cleanliness of the F&B operation, performing general cleaning to adhere to health and safety standards. Assist management with beverage controls and other administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, ordering, and attending mandatory meetings. Perform in the capacity of any position supervised as needed. Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics, inspiring associates to meet and exceed standards. Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management. Qualifications Able to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to perform tasks that require bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting items up to 50 pounds. 2–3 years of experience in F&B with previous supervisory experience. Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
