This individual will also handle accounts with Bankruptcy, Foreclosure and Repossession. Contact membership regarding returned checks and handling returned checks, reviewing member account to offer possible options to remove delinquency.Knowledge and Skills Experience One to three years of similar or related experience.Education A high school education or GED.Communication Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.Other Skills Ability to operate general office equipment such as computers, calculators, copiers, scanners, and possess computer keyboard skills. Knowledgeable with creating, maintaining, and updating Excel spreadsheets. Must have excellent communication and teamwork skills.Physical requirements Sedentary work: must be able to sit for long periods of time in a day (up to 9 hours), possess hand, wrist, and finger dexterity to use keyboard, phone and calculator in a repetitive manner throughout your scheduled time, and the ability to view a computer monitor throughout your scheduled timeAvailability Must be available to work from 7:30 a.m. through 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays and have a flexible schedule.
