Location: 3500 Tricenter Blvd., Ste B, Durham, NC, 27713
Pay Target: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience
Shift: Sunday - Thursday from 1:00 AM to 8:30 AM. Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the business.
Employment Logistics: This position plays a crucial role in overseeing the offloading, loading, and sorting of packages for distribution. Our Lead Package Handlers are the ultimate team players. They work closely with Area and Operations Managers to train new hires, support business metrics, and uphold company values.

The Must-Haves:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- At least 1 year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of both
- Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Your Mission in Motion:
- Supervise offloading and sorting incoming packages for distribution and/or prepare outgoing freight for delivery.
- Train sorters to perform assigned tasks safely and accurately.
- Provide continual feedback to sorters, both positive and negative.
- Inspect packages to make sure they are safe for truck transportation.
