This role is with an established, highly rated private dermatology practice in Manhattan offering both cosmetic and medical dermatology services, including injectables, laser treatments, and skin care. The practice has built a loyal, high volume patient base and is seeking a physician comfortable in a cosmetic focused, patient facing role who can build and maintain long term patient relationships.

Schedule: Full-time, in-person at the practice's Manhattan location. Immediate start available.

Compensation: $250,000 to $450,000 per year (base salary plus a percentage of sales generated; total compensation potential increases based on patient volume and following built).

What You'll Do

The dermatologist provides both cosmetic and medical dermatology services to a high volume patient base, including injectables (such as Botox and dermal fillers), laser treatments, and general skin care. The role is patient facing and relationship driven, with an emphasis on building a loyal following and delivering a high level of service to a discerning clientele. Compensation is structured with a sales oriented component, so the physician plays an active role in growing the practice's patient volume alongside delivering clinical care.

Required Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible Dermatologist (MD)
• Active, unrestricted New York State medical license (or eligible for licensure)
• DEA registration (or eligible to obtain)
• 5+ years of experience in cosmetic and aesthetic dermatology, including Botox, dermal fillers, and laser treatments
• Comfortable working in a private practice setting with a sales oriented compensation structure
• Excellent bedside manner and demonstrated ability to build long term patient relationships
• Available for immediate start

Preferred Qualifications

• Established patient following or referral base in cosmetic dermatology
• Experience working in a high volume, high profile private practice setting
• Familiarity with a broad range of injectable and laser treatment platforms
