We are looking for a Director of Marketing and Communications to serve as a senior leader who will lead our company's public narrative, brand identity, and multi-channel engagement strategies. To oversee brand stewardship, public relations, digital media, and internal messaging to drive brh audience growth and revenue.


Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership: Architect enterprise-level marketing and communications plans designed to hit business and revenue targets.


- Brand Management: Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity and messaging across all digital, print and physical platforms.


- Public Relations: Act as the primary media contact/spokesperson, pitch stories, cultivate journalist relationships, and manage crisis communications.

- Team Management: Recruit, mentor and direct in-house marketing staff.


- Analytics & Budgeting: Oversee the departmental budget and utilize KPIs to measure the return on investment (ROI) tof advertising and communication campaigns,


Qualifications, Skills and Competencies.

- Education: A master's degree in markeing, Public Relations, Communications or Business.

- Experience,: 5 to 10+ years in marketing or PR management.

- Skills: Exceptional copywriting and storytelling abilities, crisis management expertise, and high-level cross-functional collboration.
